Executive Coaching built on real transformation stories

We don't sell frameworks in the abstract. Every method we use has been tested, refined, and proven through the lived experiences of leaders navigating complexity. Read the evidence, then decide.

Case 01 — Strategic clarity

A founder who couldn't stop firefighting

Marc led a 120-person tech company that had outgrown his original management style. Every decision funnelled through him. His leadership team waited for instructions instead of acting. Over eight coaching sessions we mapped his decision architecture, identified the five recurring bottlenecks he personally created, and built a delegation protocol that transferred authority without losing accountability. By month four, Marc's direct reports were making autonomous decisions on operational matters that previously consumed twelve hours of his week.

Case 02 — Stakeholder navigation

The new CFO facing a hostile board

Danielle was appointed CFO of a mid-cap energy company during a period of financial restructuring. Three board members openly questioned her appointment. Rather than proving competence through volume of work, our coaching focused on strategic communication — how to frame financial narratives that aligned with each board member's priorities. We role-played board presentations, dissected past meeting transcripts, and developed a stakeholder influence map. Within two quarters, Danielle had secured unanimous board approval for a capital allocation strategy that her predecessor had failed to advance for two years.

Case 03 — Team culture reset

An inherited team with zero psychological safety

Raj took over a product division where the previous director had managed through fear. Attrition was running at 38% annually. Team members avoided raising problems until they became crises. Our engagement began not with Raj alone but with a confidential diagnostic across his entire team. We identified three systemic trust failures, then designed a twelve-week intervention that included structured vulnerability exercises, revised feedback rituals, and a new conflict resolution protocol. Attrition dropped to 11% within a year, and the team shipped their first on-time release in three years.

Clarity begins with the right questions

Our coaching methodology starts where most leadership development ends — at the intersection of personal pattern recognition and organisational reality.

The coaching framework

Diagnostic depth

We begin with a rigorous assessment of your leadership patterns, organisational context, and the specific tensions you face. No generic questionnaires — a tailored diagnostic built from structured interviews and behavioural observation.

Pattern mapping

Every leader has recurring decision patterns — some productive, some destructive. We map these explicitly so you can see the architecture of your own behaviour before attempting to change it.

Intervention design

Based on the diagnostic and pattern map, we co-design specific interventions. These are not abstract goals but concrete behavioural experiments you run inside your real leadership context.

Accountability architecture

We build structures that sustain change beyond the coaching engagement — peer accountability, self-monitoring tools, and organisational feedback loops that keep growth visible.

Outcome measurement

We track measurable outcomes — not just self-reported satisfaction. Behavioural shifts, team performance indicators, and stakeholder feedback are all part of our evaluation protocol.

Systemic integration

Individual coaching creates individual change. We extend impact by working with your team system — aligning direct reports, peers, and sponsors around the leadership shifts you're making.

What a typical engagement looks like

Week 1–2: Discovery conversation

A 90-minute confidential conversation where we explore your current leadership context, the pressures you face, and what success would look like. No commitment required — this is a mutual fit assessment.

Week 3–4: Diagnostic phase

Structured interviews with key stakeholders (with your permission), behavioural self-assessment, and a review of your leadership history. We produce a written diagnostic report that becomes the foundation of our work.

"The diagnostic alone was worth the engagement. I'd never seen my patterns laid out so clearly." — Director of Engineering, SaaS company

Month 2–4: Active coaching

Bi-weekly 75-minute coaching sessions. Between sessions, you run behavioural experiments in your real work environment. We review results, adjust approach, and deepen the pattern work.

Month 5–6: Integration and transfer

We shift from active coaching to integration — building the structures, habits, and relationships that will sustain your growth after the engagement ends. A final stakeholder check-in measures observable change.

Month 9: Follow-up review

Three months after the engagement concludes, we reconnect for a 60-minute review session. This is included in every engagement — no additional cost. We assess what stuck, what drifted, and what needs reinforcement.

Is this the right fit?

Executive coaching works best when there's genuine readiness. Review the statements below — if most resonate, we should talk.

Begin a conversation

There's no obligation in the first conversation. We'll explore whether coaching is the right intervention for your situation — sometimes it isn't, and we'll tell you that honestly.

What does a discovery conversation involve?
It's a 90-minute confidential session where we explore your leadership context, current challenges, and what you'd want from a coaching engagement. We'll be candid about whether coaching is the right fit for your situation.
How much does an engagement cost?
Engagements typically range from $8,000 to $18,000 CAD depending on scope, duration, and whether stakeholder interviews are included. We provide a detailed proposal after the discovery conversation.
Do you work with teams or only individuals?
Our primary work is one-on-one executive coaching, but many engagements include team-level components — particularly during the diagnostic phase and when building accountability structures.
Can coaching be done remotely?
Yes. About 60% of our current engagements are conducted via secure video. The methodology works equally well in-person or remote, though we recommend at least one in-person session during the diagnostic phase if geography allows.
